Night Shift Registered Nurse (2 x Permanent Part-Time)

About the role

Christadelphian Aged Care, a not-for-profit aged care provider with four homes and two retirement villages across Sydney and Queensland, is offering two permanent part-time night shift positions for experienced registered nurses. Rostered shifts are across its homes in North Parramatta and Gladesville.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and respectful nursing care in line with AHPRA standards.
• Lead, support and mentor a team of Assistant in Nursing.
• Act as a clinical decision-maker, responding to changes in residents' conditions.
• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration and care planning.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, respect and collaboration.

Required profile

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for person-centred care to older people.
• Police check, COVID vaccination evidence and right to work in Australia.
