Night Auditor – Sydney Olympic Park

About the role

Accor is hiring a part-time Night Auditor for its Sydney Olympic Park Precinct, which brings together three brands: Pullman, Novotel and Ibis. The Night Auditor supports the Night Manager by cross-checking and balancing the day's work across hotel outlets and keeping guest accounts accurate. They are the main point of contact for guests overnight, ensuring professional, friendly and efficient service, and complete audit tasks and reports before handing over to the morning team.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all night audit tasks according to the checklist
• Balance cashiering and prepare reports
• Ensure accurate cash and credit handling
• Assist in cross-checking daily work for all outlets
• Handle complaints efficiently and professionally

Required profile

• Experience in front office or finance operations, preferably in a hotel environment
• Ability to work overnight, weekends and public holidays
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, time management and ability to multitask
• Highly trustworthy and reliable

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel systems such as OPERA Cloud or Hub OSS
