Night Auditor

About the role

Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park, a dual-branded hotel opposite Albert Park Lake with 378 rooms, a restaurant and bar, a pool, a gym and a large conference centre, is looking for a dedicated, reliable and service-oriented Night Auditor. The role joins the overnight Front Office team on 11pm to 7am shifts alongside the Night Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Roll the financial system from the day
• Process nightly reports
• Provide a positive guest experience and welcome late-night arrivals
• Contribute to a smooth overnight shift

Required profile

• Passion for a positive guest experience and desire to create memorable moments
• Previous experience using Opera is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and confidence handling credit card and cash transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to solve problems
• Empathetic and able to assist all kinds of guests
• Australian working rights are required; sponsorship is not available
