About the role
The Night Auditor ensures the hotel’s end‑of‑day accounting is accurate while providing a calm point of contact for guests during overnight hours. You will manage the reception desk, complete nightly financial reports, and support the day team to maintain a seamless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the reception desk and conduct the night audit, guaranteeing accurate nightly financial reports.
- Collaborate with security to monitor building security systems and maintain a safe environment.
- Assist daytime staff with operational handovers to ensure continuity of service.
- Work the night shift schedule, typically from 11 pm to 7 am.
Required profile
- Independent worker who can take initiative without constant supervision.
- Prior experience in night audit or accounting is highly beneficial.
- Quick‑thinking problem solver focused on delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
