Area Manager - South Australia

About the role

Zambrero is looking for an experienced Area Manager to join its South Australian operations team in a full-time, hands-on leadership position based in Greater Adelaide. You will oversee multiple restaurants and drive operational excellence, working alongside other Area Managers who share best practices and empower Restaurant Managers to deliver strong results.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers on daily operations and compliance
• Conduct monthly audits and give clear, constructive performance feedback
• Drive KPI performance including labour %, COGS, profit and sales growth
• Support recruitment, onboarding and HR matters such as performance management
• Oversee maintenance, safety and OHS compliance across the restaurant network
• Provide after-hours operational support and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Proven experience in multi-site restaurant or area management; QSR or hospitality preferred
• Strong people leadership and coaching mindset
• Organised and proactive in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Required skills

• Ability to analyse P&L statements and manage KPIs
• Sound knowledge of HR, compliance and operational best practices
