Night Auditor - ibis Styles Sydney Central

About the role

Ibis Styles Sydney Central is looking for a full-time Night Auditor. The role suits someone who is guest focused, has an eye for detail and enjoys providing exceptional service during the night.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
• Ensure guest accounts are accurate and give clear, helpful information.
• Deliver excellent guest service during check-in, check-out and throughout the night.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Follow the Night Audit checklist to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Guest-focused approach, able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Able to think quickly and solve problems when they arise.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Valid Australian working rights and a valid NSW RSA.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in OPERA Cloud
