NFR Systems & Data Solution Manager

About the role

ANZ is looking for an NFR Systems & Data Solution Manager to join its NFR Solutions team in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. The role turns complex non-financial risk challenges into reliable, decision-ready outcomes across systems, data, insights, analytics and operations, keeping critical services running and improving how NFR data, reporting and systems are managed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-value outcomes across data, insights, systems and operations, aligned to portfolio priorities and agreed work allocation.
• Frame complex problems, clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions within established controls and methods.
• Monitor service performance, workflow effectiveness, data quality and operational risk, and drive remediation of recurring issues.
• Develop operating procedures, service standards, knowledge materials and training to improve user and team capability.
• Safeguard the operation and integrity of critical NFR systems and workflows, including NFRHub, DCN (ServiceNow) and MERN.
• Translate business, policy, regulatory and risk requirements into system changes, configurations, controls and data outputs.
• Produce accurate, consistent and traceable reporting, dashboards and analytical outputs using governed data and approved processes.
• Turn complex data into insights, visualisations and recommendations, and learn from incidents, assurance, audits and stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• Experience delivering across at least two of: NFR or risk operations, systems support, data, reporting, insights or analytics.
• Sound understanding of operational or non-financial risk management in a regulated or complex environment.
• Ability to translate business and risk needs into practical operational, system, data or insight outcomes.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and clear communication of actionable insights.
• Confidently moves across data, insights, systems, analytics and operations; builds partnerships across NFR, business, data and technology teams.

Required skills

• Experience with NFRHub, ServiceNow IRM, MERN or comparable risk-management platforms.
• Familiarity with data structures, business definitions, reporting logic, data quality and system workflows.
• Analytical techniques such as trend analysis, anomaly detection, forecasting or thematic analysis.
