About the role
Repeat Builders is looking for a founder to take a validated opportunity and turn it into a functioning company. You will own the direction, execution and outcomes of the new venture, either as CEO or as a key member of the founding team.
Key responsibilities
- Define high‑level business milestones and prioritize work to achieve early traction.
- Set the company’s operating model, culture and standards from day one.
- Build the product, engage the market and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Recruit and lead a small, capable team that can execute together.
- Adapt quickly when assumptions change, driving evidence‑based decisions.
Required profile
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and high agency.
- Experience leading teams or projects in fast‑moving environments.
- Comfort with rapid iteration, learning from failure and adjusting direction.
