New Home Sales Consultant

About the role

Troocoo is partnering with an established Queensland builder delivering premium modular homes across Queensland and New South Wales. It is recruiting an experienced New Home Sales Consultant in Brisbane on a permanent basis. The role suits a motivated sales professional who enjoys generating opportunities, building strong client relationships and delivering sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified enquiries through to signed contracts, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Identify new business through referrals, networking and local market engagement.
• Conduct client consultations, recommend suitable home solutions and prepare and present proposals.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and build relationships with clients, referral partners and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting, and represent the business professionally at client meetings, display homes and project sites.
• Contribute to revenue growth by meeting individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new home sales and a strong understanding of the residential construction industry.
• Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across local and regional areas.
• Current driver's licence.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM (HubSpot) systems.
• Strong consultative sales skills and excellent communication, phone and face-to-face.
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
