New Home Sales Consultant

About the role

NUTREND Homes Sunshine Coast is looking for a highly motivated, result-driven sales person with excellent communication and people skills to join its team. The role covers lead generation, customer consultation and building a network of industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and follow-up on all leads and enquiries
• Greet prospective buyers and consult with them to design their perfect home, offering solutions within their budget and needs
• Deliver a first-class customer experience that exceeds expectations
• Build a network of industry partners such as land developers and finance brokers
• Add value to a team environment

Required profile

• Preferred minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service role
• Residential building experience is ideal but not essential
• Home design skills are looked upon favourably
• Professional, innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
• Exceptional industry networking and customer service skills
• Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities
• Right to work in Australia; only applicants with previous experience in this specific role will be considered

Required skills

• IT and computer savviness
• Drivers licence and reliable motor vehicle
• Strong problem-solving skills
