New Graduate Speech Pathologist

About the role

A team of allied health professionals in Mortdale is looking for a motivated new graduate speech pathologist to join its compassionate and experienced team. The clinic works with families in the local community and collaborates with allied health, education and medical professionals to provide a holistic service. The employer offers a dedicated New Grads Program with mentoring, observational sessions and a two-week induction.

Key responsibilities

• Administer assessments
• Deliver therapy sessions with clients and families
• Complete progress notes and reports
• Liaise with other professionals such as doctors, teachers and other therapists
• Run joint sessions with other disciplines and group sessions if of interest

Required profile

• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia, or eligibility to become a member
• Commitment to personal and professional quality improvement
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
