New Graduate Occupational Therapist – Jan 2027 Intake

About the role

PC Ability is seeking new graduate Occupational Therapists to join its Brisbane team as part of the January 2027 intake. This position is designed for candidates with little or no NDIS experience and offers extensive mentoring and multimodal learning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to achieve individual outcomes.
• Conduct clinical assessments of functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
• Provide evidence‑based support services that enhance participants' life skills and independence.
• Recommend and adapt environments, including assistive technology, to meet participants' needs.

Required profile

• Eligibility for full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s licence and vehicle (reimbursement provided).
• Strong time‑management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Honesty, integrity, team‑oriented attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
