New Business Sales Consultant

About the role

OneAdvanced is looking for a senior‑level Enterprise Account Executive to drive market expansion across HR, payroll and procurement solutions. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, engage C‑suite stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on complex transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage opportunities from multi‑channel prospecting through to deal closure.
• Lead discovery sessions with CFOs, Finance Directors, IT and Procurement leaders to uncover strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and Enterprise Architects to design compliant, high‑value solutions.
• Maintain pipeline health, accurate forecasting and disciplined deal governance.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy and share market intelligence across the organisation.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of enterprise or mid‑market SaaS sales experience with a track record of complex, transformation‑focused deals.
• Proven ability to engage C‑suite and senior finance, IT and transformation leaders.
• Strategic, collaborative seller comfortable navigating multi‑threaded sales cycles.

Required skills

• Strong command of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and Sandler.
• Ability to craft compelling points of view and act as a trusted advisor.
