National Training Specialist - Samsung

About the role

Cheil Australia, a CX agency based in Sydney and part of the global Cheil network, is hiring a National Training Specialist. Working within the MX Learning and Development Team, the specialist designs and delivers high-level product and soft skills training for Samsung, working with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement continuous improvement across internal teams, retail staff and call centres. The role supports field execution and brand advocacy to help meet Samsung's commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and coordinate events, and present training solutions while managing execution budgets
• Provide reporting and feedback to strengthen stakeholder relationships
• Design custom curriculums using adult learning methodologies, build learner-inclusive materials, execution briefs and formal training plans
• Set success measures and feedback pathways to evaluate training effectiveness
• Maintain expert knowledge of Samsung products, technical features and competitor trends, and align training with marketing objectives and launches
• Represent the Samsung brand during product reviews with journalists
• Support Samsung stores weekly with direct sales, customer switching and sales coaching
• Deliver autonomous face-to-face and virtual training sessions across Australia

Required profile

• 3+ years of L&D experience in facilitation and development; Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
• Expert consumer electronics knowledge
• Proven presentation skills for large audiences (80+) and experience collaborating with external stakeholders
• Strong project and budget management, meeting critical deadlines with minimal supervision
• Comfortable presenting to senior executives and flexible to travel nationally
