National Training Coordinator

About the role

MSS Security, one of Australia's leading security companies, is looking for a National Training Coordinator based in Adelaide, South Australia. This full-time role supports the development and delivery of training initiatives across the business, building capability across a national organisation. Hybrid working may be available once settled, with occasional travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update training modules and learning resources.
• Write, review and maintain training plans to support business and operational needs.
• Coordinate training activities, documentation and administrative processes.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Support consistent training standards across multiple locations.
• Travel as required to support training activities and operational needs.

Required profile

• Experience in an administrative, coordination or similar support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to prepare clear, professional documentation.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and good time management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work with a range of stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Highly regarded: experience in an RTO, or exposure to training administration, learning and development, training module development or vocational education.

Required skills

• Confident use of Microsoft Office and general business systems.
• Ability to develop, review and maintain training plans, resources or documentation.
