National Operations Manager - Therapy Services (OT/Speech)

About the role

LiveBig supports people with disability to achieve meaningful outcomes, and its National Operations Manager leads people, performance and service delivery across the therapy services business (OT/Speech). Reporting to the Head of Operations, you own your team, workforce capacity, service delivery and day-to-day performance, working alongside Clinical Team Leaders who lead clinical supervision, coaching and practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop an engaged, accountable and high-performing team
• Drive operational performance by managing productivity, utilisation, caseloads and service delivery
• Manage workforce capacity, including recruitment, onboarding, leave and resource planning
• Manage people performance: probation, development, performance improvement and career progression
• Champion the participant experience through responsive, consistent and high-quality service

Required profile

• Relevant professional qualifications and registration
• Applicable NDIS and employment checks
• Comfortable leading teams, driving accountability, using data to make decisions and balancing participant outcomes with sustainable business performance
