National Account Manager – Coles & Retail

About the role

The National Account Manager will develop and manage strategic relationships with key national customers, driving revenue growth, profitability and market share for BIC World’s iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for customers and BIC.
• Manage 12‑month forecasts and monitor variances within the monthly S&OP cycle.
• Lead commercial negotiations, range reviews, pricing, contracts and promotional agreements.
• Analyse sales data, customer trends and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver customer objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of national account management experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record managing strategic customer relationships and delivering commercial results.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience negotiating contracts.

Required skills

• Experience with S&OP forecasting and joint business planning.
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
