Multi‑Site Retail Manager – Fashion

About the role

Ally Fashion is seeking a dynamic Multi‑Site Manager to lead one of its stores in the Australian Capital Territory. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales performance, and ensuring the store operates in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets.
• Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management and health & safety compliance.
• Develop and deliver training to improve product knowledge and service quality.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager on roster planning, expense control and recruitment.
• Maintain high visual standards and ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store management within a fast‑paced retail environment, preferably fashion.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to work flexible, rotational weekend and late‑night shifts.
• Passion for fashion, visual merchandising and styling.
