About the role

We are seeking a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join our established private practice in South East coastal Melbourne. The role offers a full‑time, four‑day week schedule with no weekend work, allowing a healthy work‑life balance while working alongside three experienced physiotherapists.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on physiotherapy assessments and treatments for a mixed caseload with a strong MSK focus.
• Provide Clinical Pilates sessions, comprising roughly 25% of the weekly caseload.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and refine patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Required profile

• AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Experience or strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Willingness to work within a Clinical Pilates caseload (experience preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
