About the role

As an Aussie Mobile Broker you will run your own mortgage broking business backed by Australia’s #1 mortgage brand. You’ll work flexibly from anywhere on a hybrid basis, building lasting client relationships beyond the loan.

Key responsibilities

• Work with pre‑qualified customer appointments booked directly into your calendar.
• Collaborate with the in‑house marketing team to launch custom marketing initiatives.
• Guide clients from the first conversation through to settlement while the fulfilment team handles processing and admin.
• Leverage Aussie’s technology platform to simplify workflows, manage compliance and boost conversion.
• Connect customers to the broader Aussie ecosystem – buyer’s agents, conveyancing and insurance – to unlock additional income streams.

Required profile

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain before start, with support).
• Experience in sales, broking or customer service.
• Motivation to grow a high‑performing, flexible business.
• Passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Ability to use mortgage broking software and compliance tools.
• Strong knowledge of loan products and the property purchase journey.
