Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑qualified customer appointments booked directly into your calendar.
• Collaborate with the in‑house marketing team to drive custom lead generation initiatives.
• Guide clients from initial conversation through settlement while the fulfilment team handles processing and admin.
• Utilise Aussie’s tech platform for workflow automation, compliance management, and conversion optimisation.
• Connect customers to the broader Aussie ecosystem, including buyer’s agents, conveyancing, and insurance services.

Required profile

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain before start, with support).
• Experience in sales, broking, or customer service.
• Motivation to grow a high‑performing, flexible business.
• Passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
