Mobile Plant Operator (Perth)

About the role

MLG Oz, an ASX-listed contractor of more than 1,400 people across over 30 sites, is hiring experienced Mobile Plant Operators in Perth. You will operate CAT and Komatsu mobile plant on high-performing sites, working a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.

Key responsibilities

• Operate excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, watercarts and dump trucks safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-starts, inspections and minor maintenance
• Load, haul and move materials
• Champion safety and help build a positive team culture
• Work to industry standards with pride and accountability

Required profile

• Proven experience in mining, civil or crushing environments
• Sharp problem-solving skills, strong communication and a safety-first mindset
• Full valid Australian driver's licence (HR preferred)
• National police clearance
• High risk forklift licence desirable
