Aussie, a mortgage brand behind Lendi, is recruiting mobile brokers to run their own business with its backing. The role is self-employed and commission-based, with a hybrid work arrangement and the freedom to work from anywhere. It suits people who want independence combined with strong support.

Key responsibilities

• Work with pre-qualified customer appointments booked directly into your calendar.
• Guide clients from first conversation through to settlement, while the fulfilment team handles processing and admin.
• Use the in-house marketing team to coordinate your own marketing initiatives and increase lead flow.
• Leverage the company's tech platform to simplify workflows, manage compliance and boost conversion.
• Connect customers to a wider ecosystem of buyer's agents, conveyancing and insurance services.

Required profile

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Sales, broking or customer service experience.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Motivation to grow a high-performing, flexible business and a passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership.
