Mid-Level Construction Project Manager – Social Infrastructure

About the role

We are partnering with a growing Sydney consultancy that delivers large‑scale social infrastructure projects. The role is for a Mid‑Level Construction Project Manager who will lead projects from inception to handover, working directly with clients and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of construction projects such as schools, universities, hospitals and aged‑care facilities.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with two senior project managers and a hands‑on director to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and risk registers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the Australian construction market.
• Minimum 3 years working for a project‑management consultancy.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience exclusively in the built environment (no IT or civil‑infrastructure focus).
• Strong client‑facing communication skills.
