Medical Receptionist

About the role

Join I‑MED Radiology’s expanding clinic network as a Medical Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for patients at our Blacktown and Main St locations, ensuring a warm and efficient experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage check‑in procedures.
• Answer emails and phone calls promptly, handling inquiries professionally.
• Advise patients on preparation requirements for scans.
• Process billing for private patients, Medicare, workers’ compensation and DVA.
• Collaborate with clerical staff, radiologists, technical teams and referring doctors.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Relevant reception experience in a healthcare setting.
• Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
