Medical Imaging Technologist

About the role

WA Country Health Service (WACHS), the largest country health system in Australia, is recruiting a Medical Imaging Technologist for a permanent full-time appointment in the Goldfields-Esperance region. The technologist examines patients professionally and provides diagnostic imaging services as required by the medical profession.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Medical Imaging, with eligibility for registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia and licensing with the Radiological Council of WA
• Awareness and appreciation of patient care procedures
• Demonstrated problem-solving and innovative skills
• Ability to work independently, without supervision
• Valid Australian work rights; permanent appointments may be made to citizens, permanent residents or visa holders
