Mechanical Technician – Fixed Plant Maintenance

About the role

You will report to the Mechanical Supervisor at Agnew and provide quality, timely preventative mechanical maintenance and repairs for Fixed Plant infrastructure and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted maintenance targets through preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all task instructions and procedures.
• Complete administrative tasks such as parts requisition, order processing, and labour recording.
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping in workshops and work areas.

Required profile

• Experience in Fixed Plant maintenance within a processing plant operation.
• Mechanical Trade Qualification.
• Understanding of machinery and Fixed Plant care.
• WA C Manual Driver’s License and relevant crane, dogging, rigger, EWP, and forklift tickets.
• Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets.
