Mechanical Engineer – Building Services Design

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Mechanical Engineer who thrives in a multi‑disciplinary environment. You will act as a bridge between the mechanical team and other disciplines, delivering holistic building solutions for large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop mechanical engineering designs, including HVAC and piping systems, that satisfy client and project requirements.
• Assist the project lead in managing multiple projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation such as mechanical layouts, thermal load calculations, reports, and specifications.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff to foster their professional growth.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other building services engineers to achieve seamless project objectives.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
