MC Fuel Tanker Driver

About the role

Ampol Petroleum Distribution is hiring a full-time MC fuel tanker driver based at its Toowoomba depot. You will operate a modern MC fuel tanker delivering fuel products and providing onsite refuelling across South West Queensland. The role runs on a rotating roster and suits someone who enjoys professional driving, working independently and being part of a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a modern MC tanker safely and professionally
• Complete deliveries across South West Queensland
• Carry out pre-start inspections and vehicle checks
• Manage delivery documentation and compliance requirements
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism
• Work closely with a supportive operations team to ensure reliable service delivery

Required profile

• Current MC licence
• Proven heavy vehicle driving experience with MC or A-Double combinations
• Strong safety focus, good communication and customer service skills
• Professional attitude, reliability and ability to work a rotating roster
• No fuel industry experience needed: training is provided for the right driver
