Material Planner & Inventory Coordinator

About the role

Kinrise is seeking a Materials Planner & Inventory Coordinator to ensure the right materials are available at the right time, optimise inventory and support manufacturing operations across its ANZ network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end materials planning and replenishment for raw materials, packaging and traded goods.
• Execute SAP MRP processes including purchase requisitions, orders, stock transfers and master data governance.
• Monitor inventory performance, conduct cycle counts, stocktakes and drive reduction of excess or obsolete stock.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage supply risks and improve DIFOT performance.
• Analyse and report on supply‑chain metrics such as inventory, working capital, stock cover and supplier performance.
• Coordinate material requirements for new product launches, trials, promotions and product transitions.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance planning effectiveness and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in materials planning, supply planning, inventory management or procurement coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment.

Required skills

• SAP MRP and inventory management processes.
• Power BI reporting.
• APICS, CPIM or equivalent supply‑chain qualifications (highly regarded).
