About the role

Lead marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and grow revenue through data‑driven campaigns and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

  • Increase lead volume and conversion rates.
  • Grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Launch campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Improve customer acquisition cost (CAC) and marketing ROI.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through effective segmentation.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing management experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of market research and positioning.

Required skills

  • Marketing analytics and reporting.
  • SEO/SEM and paid media (Google Ads, Meta).
  • Marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Marketo.
  • CRM management, specifically Salesforce.
  • A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Strategic thinking and data‑driven decision making.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration.
