Marketing Specialist - Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist – Performance Marketing to join our Digital & Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will drive customer acquisition and retention across paid search, social, programmatic, affiliates, digital video and audio channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and improve performance of digital marketing activities across multiple channels.
• Execute performance marketing strategies, identify optimisation opportunities and support experimentation.
• Deliver SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation initiatives to boost visibility on search engines and AI platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and digital teams to launch campaigns and support reporting, attribution and insights.
