Senior Event Producer

About the role

The WORLD OF is seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead complex, medium to large‑scale brand experience projects for global and local clients. This full‑time role combines creative vision with rigorous production standards to deliver market‑setting experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex projects from pitch through post‑project wrap‑up.
• Manage cross‑functional teams, suppliers and clients to ensure creative, design and production excellence.
• Oversee budgets, negotiate contracts and achieve financial targets.
• Foster strong client relationships and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 8+ years’ experience in brand experiences or a comparable senior role.
• Proven end‑to‑end project leadership with high attention to detail.
• Collaborative leader who aligns creative, technical and production teams.
• Strong communicator, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Commercially astute with solid budget management and negotiation skills.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
