Marketing Specialist

About the role

Bureau Veritas, a global leader in laboratory testing, inspection and certification services, is looking for a Marketing Specialist in Melbourne. The role supports the communications, marketing and events program across the Pacific Area, working closely with the Sales and Marketing team. It covers content creation, social media, internal communications, event management and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver internal and external communications, marketing initiatives and promotional activities across the business.
• Develop, publish and monitor content across websites, social media, newsletters, intranet platforms and marketing collateral, using insights and analytics to improve performance.
• Support brand, sponsorship and partnership initiatives that enhance the company's profile and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide end-to-end event management support, including venue sourcing, supplier coordination, guest communications, invitations, catering, photography, run sheets and risk assessments.
• Support the annual client survey program and associated stakeholder communications.
• Manage vendor onboarding, purchase orders and invoice processing across marketing and event activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, event management or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills, with experience creating content across websites, social media and other digital channels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and collaboration across teams.
• Attention to detail, planning and coordination skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline are highly regarded.
