Marketing, PR & Events Project Manager

About the role

Innocean, a global agency network with 31 offices and more than 3,000 employees, is hiring a Marketing, PR & Events Project Manager in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Brand, Marketing and Growth, the role delivers the operational side of the agency's marketing and PR activity and manages the new business events. It keeps PR, marketing and event initiatives moving from idea to execution.

Key responsibilities

• PR project management: identify and brief colleagues to draft press releases and supporting content, shepherd them through the approval chain, track deadlines in the PR database and distribute releases to trade press while tracking coverage
• Event management: manage venue and restaurant bookings, produce placecards and discussion cards, run invite creation and RSVP tracking in Hubspot, and support the guest database for each annual event
• Marketing project management: coordinate creative, strategy and content teams, maintain the Hubspot contact database and schedule social posts, and keep marketing collateral up to date
• RFP and tender support: manage submission timelines, gather research and case studies, handle formatting and compliance checks, and track outcomes
• Act as the link between creative, strategy, account and leadership teams, maintain activity trackers and escalate risks to the Head of Brand, Marketing and Growth
