Marketing & Operations Manager – Global Business Marketing (AUNZ)

About the role

The Marketing and Operations Manager will partner with the Head of Global Business Marketing for Australia & New Zealand to shape and execute the regional business marketing strategy. This role drives integrated campaigns, events and partnership initiatives while ensuring alignment with revenue and product adoption goals.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop the annual AUNZ Business Marketing strategy in line with broader revenue and product objectives.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of strategic projects such as events, third‑party partnerships, webinars and other marketing initiatives.
• Lead analytics, reporting and measurement of all marketing activities, using data‑driven insights to optimise plans quickly.
• Manage the holistic operations and budget for Global Business Marketing AUNZ.
• Identify and solve strategic and operational challenges by defining requirements and rolling out solutions with cross‑functional partners (Corporate Strategy, Finance, Procurement, Sales).

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing and/or strategy.
• Proven track record developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go‑to‑market plans.
• Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to manage budgets.
• Excellent documentation, presentation and communication skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Self‑starter, detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
