Marketing Manager – Property Industry (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our property‑industry business. The role is fully remote and reports directly to senior management. You will own brand visibility, lead generation and the execution of multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the overall marketing strategy.
• Lead and coordinate internal team members, suppliers and service providers.
• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accurate and professional content.
• Oversee brand management across all platforms and client‑facing materials.
• Plan, create and report on social media content and engagement.
• Coordinate events, networking opportunities, sponsorships and brand activations.
• Create marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures and promotional materials.
• Manage EDM campaigns, from content preparation to distribution and follow‑up.
• Produce video content, testimonials and other brand‑building assets.
• Update CRM data, process incoming leads and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, lead generation and market presence.

Required profile

• Proactive, self‑managed and commercially aware.
