Marketing Manager

About the role

A growing, customer-focused organisation with an established brand is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function and drive the next phase of growth. You will take ownership of the end-to-end marketing function, leading a team of about six people, and work closely with senior leadership to influence business strategy. The role suits someone who enjoys mentoring and developing people, creating structure and accountability, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy
• Drive brand growth, customer acquisition and retention initiatives
• Oversee digital marketing, eCommerce campaigns, content, social media and EDM activity
• Manage campaign planning, implementation and performance analysis
• Align marketing activity with business objectives through close work with key stakeholders
• Use customer insights and data to optimise marketing performance
• Manage agency and supplier relationships where required
• Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure marketing delivers measurable business outcomes and ROI

Required profile

• Experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role
• Responsibility for managing and developing marketing teams
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Collaborative leadership style and passion for developing others
• FMCG or retail experience is a nice to have

What we offer

• Salary of $110,000 - $125,000 plus superannuation
