Marketing Manager

About the role

Metricon Homes is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to join its Victorian Marketing Team at the Notting Hill office. You will own end‑to‑end campaigns, collaborate with creative and digital specialists, and see the direct impact of your work on leads, display‑home visits, brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, search, email, website, print and retail channels.
• Work with in‑house designers, digital specialists and external agencies to turn ideas into engaging customer experiences.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and use data to optimise ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage display‑home launches, promotions and activations across Victoria.
• Support sponsorships, events and other initiatives that bring the brand to life.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or commerce.
• Approximately five years of experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to measure performance and ROI.
• Excellent project‑management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
