Marketing Manager

About the role

Fleur Studios is looking for a Marketing Manager to shape and grow its brand across Australia and international markets. Reporting to the Directors, you will own the full marketing strategy, from brand storytelling to measurable performance across email, website and social channels. The role blends high‑level strategic planning with hands‑on execution, allowing you to lead campaigns while building scalable systems and a capable team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for email, website and social, translating brand vision into growth targets.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating spend across paid media, tools and campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Set KPIs, track performance against sales and revenue goals, and report insights to senior leadership.
• Support international expansion, adapting brand positioning and campaigns for US audiences.
• Lead brand campaigns and product launches, ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity and messaging.
• Own lifecycle marketing, from segmentation and calendar planning to execution of email and SMS campaigns.
• Oversee website content, merchandising and UX strategy, driving conversion and SEO performance.

Required profile

• Commercially sharp, strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent brand storytelling ability and judgment to lead directly or build through others.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment and willing to relocate if needed.
