Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager with at least five years of experience to join a fast‑paced, multi‑brand organisation. Reporting to the newly appointed Heads of Marketing, you will translate brand strategy into day‑to‑day execution across digital channels, content, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing, communications and events activities for a portfolio of brands, aligning with strategic and business development goals.
• Manage daily delivery of digital campaigns across social media, email, website and SEO, including community management when required.
• Create and adapt marketing collateral such as social posts, newsletters, brochures, capability statements and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone of voice, positioning and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Support market research and competitor analysis to surface trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop performance reporting rhythms, using data and insights to refine activities and improve ROI.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to increase visibility of marketing’s role and roll out new marketing systems and tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Generalist skill set covering digital, content and design, with confidence using multiple marketing platforms.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, high‑performance culture and manage multiple brands and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment.
