Marketing Manager – Installer Community & Digital Operations

About the role

The role leads the Installer Community System Operations and continuous improvement, combining digital marketing budget management with community engagement across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control digital marketing budgets, monitor KPIs, and oversee daily operations of the AIKO Installer Community and Distributor system.
• Manage points accumulation, incentive distribution, merchandise delivery, and produce regular operational analysis reports.
• Analyze customer data, ensure data quality, identify segments and trends, and generate reports to support growth decisions.
• Collaborate with HQ Marketing, IT, local teams and customers to clarify program rules, drive implementation and ensure smooth member experience.
• Support ANZ marketing materials, events, training, roadshows and assist with case study and testimonial video production.

Required profile

• Permanent residency or Australian citizenship with legal right to work in Australia.
• Based in Melbourne with occasional travel required.
• Business‑level English and fluent Mandarin.
• Minimum 3 years full‑time marketing experience; digital marketing or brand‑owned private community experience preferred.
• Self‑driven, able to receive objectives and independently build workflows.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, membership systems and data analytics tools.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
