About the role

Join Jo Malone London as a Marketing Manager and lead the development of strategic roadmaps, product assortments and 360° campaigns that resonate with consumers. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic roadmaps and product assortments based on market, competitor and consumer insights.
• Plan and execute 360° campaigns, collaborating with creative, consumer engagement and cross‑functional leaders.
• Partner with the CRM team to segment customers and maximise activation potential.
• Lead sales forecasting, inventory management and launch planning to ensure stable supply.
• Coordinate with online and retail teams to align assortment, calendar and channel strategies.
• Design and manage trade‑marketing plans, promotional tactics and KPI tracking.
• Oversee in‑store visual merchandising, adapting global guidelines to local stores.
• Collect market feedback to inform product pipeline, packaging and assortment opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure consistent project execution.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, retail or beauty industry.
• Proven track record in brand building, collaboration and leadership.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and passionate about excellence.
