Marketing Manager – Brand & Marketing

About the role

Paynter Dixon is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to shape the brand, strengthen market presence and support business growth across NSW, QLD, SA and ACT. You will work closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing and senior stakeholders to bring the company's projects, people and expertise to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver annual marketing plans, campaign calendars and integrated B2B campaigns aligned with business priorities.
• Manage digital campaigns across LinkedIn, paid social, search, audience targeting and retargeting, while driving website performance, SEO and customer journeys.
• Create compelling brand storytelling content from major projects, client relationships and technical expertise.
• Develop CRM segmentation, nurture and automation initiatives to improve audience engagement.
• Support Business Development with case studies, marketing collateral and project proof points.
• Collaborate with creative, PR partners and external agencies to deliver events and activations.
• Track campaign performance, evaluate marketing investment and use data for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning, delivering and measuring B2B marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Experience in construction, property, professional services or another relationship‑led, long‑cycle industry.
• Strong project management skills with ability to balance competing priorities, budgets and deadlines.
• Commercially focused mindset with understanding of how brand, reputation and demand generation drive growth.
