Marketing Executive

About the role

YouTrip Australia is seeking a Marketing Executive to support day‑to‑day marketing initiatives across social, content, lifecycle and campaign channels. This all‑rounder position offers early‑career marketers hands‑on exposure in a fast‑moving fintech and travel environment, working closely with local Marketing, Product and Community teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social, content and owned channels.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, assets and roll‑outs, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Support product launch communications and seasonal travel promotions.
• Help with content planning, publishing and copywriting for emails, push notifications, landing pages and basic assets.
• Maintain and update lifecycle communication flows, templates and QA processes.
• Track basic performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, engagement) and compile reports for the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Community teams to align messaging and keep marketing calendars and trackers up to date.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, growth or communications (in‑house, agency or startup).
• Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn across various marketing disciplines.
• Curiosity about how marketing drives user behaviour and business outcomes.
