Marketing Executive – Hotel & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a creative Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and revenue for Stamford Grand Adelaide, a premier beachfront hotel. The role combines storytelling, digital marketing and collaboration across hotel departments to showcase exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns promoting accommodation, dining, events, weddings and seasonal offers.
• Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, website and digital advertising.
• Collaborate with Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Events and Executive teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
• Coordinate photoshoots, video production and on‑site content capture, including events at Glenelg Beach.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, media partners and suppliers.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and optimise for maximum impact.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a focus on revenue growth.
