Marketing Executive - Brand & Digital

About the role

Shakespeare Property Group is hiring a Marketing Executive - Brand & Digital to join its portfolio marketing team, working across a range of Accor hotels and based on-site at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, which is undergoing a refurbishment. The role supports the Portfolio Director of Marketing & Digital in delivering marketing strategy and activity, working with property teams and creative partners to position and promote the resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage website content, SEO and UX to maximise engagement and conversion
• Plan and deliver social media content and community engagement
• Support digital campaigns, email marketing and performance reporting
• Develop targeted marketing activity across Rooms, Food & Beverage and Events
• Manage digital listings and support PR, media and influencer activity
• Coordinate photography and video shoots, creative briefs and approvals
• Contribute to marketing calendars, campaigns and commercial initiatives

Required profile

• Experience across digital marketing, brand, content and social media
• Confident, commercially minded and highly organised, able to manage competing priorities
• Strong written communication and content creation skills
• Collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills
