Marketing Director – Growth (Australia)

About the role

Buildxact is looking for a Marketing Director, Australia (Growth) to own and accelerate the company’s growth marketing across the country. You will turn strategic ideas into hands‑on campaigns that reach builders, contractors and tradespeople, driving real pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute integrated growth marketing campaigns across social, website, email, paid media, events and partnerships.
• Manage paid search and social campaigns, continuously testing and optimising performance.
• Lead the Australian social strategy on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, creating engaging content for the building community.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, creators and brand ambassadors.
• Own website performance, including messaging, conversion optimisation and SEO, and run experiments to improve the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Product to translate new features into clear launch campaigns and assets.
• Develop and improve marketing workflows using CRM, email automation and AI‑powered tools.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on growth across multiple digital channels.
• Proven track record of delivering campaigns that generate measurable leads, engagement and revenue.
• Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors, preferably in construction, building or trades.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong commercial instincts and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or equivalent practical experience.
