Marketing / Customer Experience Executive

About the role

Stockland is seeking a passionate Marketing & Customer Experience Executive to join its Retail team at Stockland Merrylands. This permanent full‑time position will shape the centre’s customer experience, deliver innovative campaigns and build strong connections with retailers, customers and the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local and national marketing campaigns, events, social media content, EDMs and community engagement programmes that drive visitation and retailer success.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, community groups, suppliers and local organisations to create authentic experiences.
• Manage campaign budgets, produce insights and reporting, and use customer data to inform marketing decisions.
• Play a key role in enhancing the centre experience, ensuring it remains vibrant, relevant and connected to the community.

Required skills

• Experience in a marketing role, preferably within retail, shopping centres, property or hospitality.
• Proven track record delivering campaigns, events, social media and digital communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to analyse customer insights and data to enhance marketing activities.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience.
