Marketing Coordinator (Sydney)

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will strengthen brand presence and improve customer engagement across several technology brands. You will own end‑to‑end marketing execution, gaining broad exposure while directly influencing market positioning. This role sits within a supportive team and works closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing activities across the business, maintaining calendars and campaign schedules.
• Assist with marketing planning, project coordination and preparation of monthly performance dashboards.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and brief creative partners.
• Create and coordinate website, email and social media content; develop case studies and testimonial material.
• Update website content, landing pages and SEO initiatives; support lead generation and conversion optimisation.
• Monitor website performance and assist with digital tool implementation.
• Manage LinkedIn activity for company pages and support executive personal‑branding initiatives.
• Coordinate customer events, webinars, workshops and partner marketing programmes, handling logistics and post‑event communications.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within technology or managed IT services.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of campaigns and projects.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with senior leadership, internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
